The front staff, Kim and Chardonnay, were excellent! They were very helpful and knowledgeable regarding Rochester. We were very happy with the services they provided. We were highly impressed with their professionalism.

I took a banana, as my flight was way too early for a sit-down breakfast. A two-minute walk to the terminal beats anything. I would stay there again.

Staff was great, the location was walking distance from the airport, facility was clean and comfortable. Very quiet. Never heard a plane. The coffee was super & came with flavored creamers, too. Very pleased!
